About us
Sourabh, a Bachelor of Commerce joined a course of Chartered Accountancy and started his training under the guidance of CA Shri S.B. Chhajed and later did industrial training in the Tax Department of Proctor and Gamble India before clearing his Chartered Accountancy examination in the year 2002. He also completed his certification in Forensic Audit and Fraud Detection (FAFD) from the ICAI. He is also perusing Batchelor of Law from Mumbai University.
A fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having 20+ years of experience and practicing in the area of direct tax, indirect tax, audits, NCLT Matters, IBC Matters.
Sourabh’s Expertise lies in the fields of legal analysis and understanding of matters pertaining to tax law and other legislature law comprising of IBC, NCLT, at presently he is handling various legal matters pertaining of NCLT, IBC, GST, Property Matters including preparation, assistances and representation before appropriate forum and authorities.

Govind, Master of Commerce joined a course of Chartered Accountancy and started his training under the guidance of CA Shri K. K. Gupta & Co., Jaipur, before clearing his Chartered Accountancy examination in the year 2003. He also completed his Masters of Business Administration and holding a post qualification diploma in Arbitration issued by ICAI. He is also perusing Batchelor of Law from Mumbai University.
